We have competitors close to losing 10% in 5 weeks; Great job! If that’s not you, maybe you need to change things up a bit. I spoke with some of our loser from last week and here’s what they had to say when I asked what they attributed their loss from:

        “Portion control, food selection, and whiskey… That is the key to success. Haha”

        “Moving more.”

        “I stopped drinking cokes.”

        “I walk… a lot!”

        “I haven’t eaten what you told us to give up week one, I am doing all of the challenges and just building my workout with them, I’m drinking water (it’s a lot of water), and I am trying to do all of the slimming down tips.”
